EDINBURGH HAS BEEN CALLED THE ATHENS OF THE NORTH, BECAUSE DURING THE SCOTTISH ENLIGHTENMENT, IT WAS A CENTER FOR ART AND MUSIC, INTELLECTUAL THOUGHT.
TODAY IT STILL REMAINS ONE OF SCOTLAND'S MOST VIBRANT CITIES.
