Let's write a story in three sentences.
In the first sentence, we set the scene.
In the second sentence, there is a problem, bum bum bum.
But don't worry friends, because in the third sentence there is a solution.
Let's go to Nikhil for the first noun, a person, place or thing, a word to start with the first sentence.
Nikhil, any word at all.
- The word could be construction.
- Oh, construction.
That's a cool word, I love it.

The story begins...
I'm gonna, like, it's gonna be on a construction... We are building something on a construction site.

(laughs) This sounds pretty straightforward.
I wonder if this is gonna be a silly story (laughs), or who knows, it might be a serious kind of story.

♪ Power up with Miss Jessica.
♪ - (laughs) Hi, everyone.
I'm Miss Jessica.
And today, we are going to power up our hearts, and our minds, by learning three ways how laughter is awesome.
A-reason a-number a-one, laughter is awesome because when you laugh, it helps relieve stress and tension in your body.
Now, the next time you're feeling overwhelmed (sighs), or super stressed out (cries out), try find a way to laugh in those feelings, and you can feel it all melting away.
Actually, let's be tense together, and then laugh it off.
All right, take your hands, make two fists, and make 'em really tight.
Good, good.
Now, take your shoulders and plop them up to your ears, like this, really tense, you're squeezing everything.
Good job.
This isn't very comfortable, but that's why we're being tense.
Now, take your face and scrunch it.
(Miss Jessica and Wimmee make straining noises) Good job.
Now we're tense, we're really, really tense.
Now make a big, big laugh.
(Miss Jessica and Wimmee laugh out loud) (Miss Jessica and Wimmee sigh) I'm feeling better already.
- Me too.
- And that's the power of laughter, you can't laugh with your shoulders here, because your shoulders start going like this, and they start relaxing.
You can't laugh with your face like this, because your face just naturally starts doing this, and it starts relaxing.
(sighs) It's wonderful.
Reason number two why laughter is awesome is because laughter is naturally healing.
There's actually a saying that goes like this, "Laughter is good like a medicine."
And that just means, that when you laugh, your immune cells are activated, and they go around fighting disease in your body, one laugh at a time.
Ha ha ha ha ha.
(laughs) Reason number three why laughter is awesome is because it's uniquely yours.
There is no one in the entire world who has your laugh.
It's kind of like your fingerprint, or like a snowflake.
It's all yours, which is amazing.
And it's a great reminder that you are amazing.
Well, everyone, we just powered up our hearts and our minds by learning three ways how laughter is awesome.
