♪ Look, Jake McGrade has got himself involved with some dangerous people.

So, the Organised Crime Branch approached me when they found out that I know Jake McGrade.
-Because you investigated the ATM theft his mother went down for.

-Was me passing bogus police intel to Jake McGrade to...gain his trust.

There's been a robbery at Carrowdore Distillery.
-Let's go.

I did have to ask.

[ Door opens ] ♪ -When are you going to tell Finn you're sleeping with his wife?
-I already explained to you that there's nothing going on between me and Siobhan.

-I called in to pick up our order of whisky and found Maxine unconscious.
[ Radio chatter ] -Maxine is stable, but she's definitely had a blow to the head.
-Was anything stolen?
-Well, there should be 15 casks of their oldest whisky in there, but it's all gone.
-What's that worth?
-95 grand.
Per cask.
-Well, that -- that's over a million pound.
♪ The CCTV hard drive was taken and the alarms were disabled.
We're looking at a professional job here.
-What's this?

-That's Barry's taxi badge.
-He's organising a big charity dinner in this place, so, he's been in and out, getting things arranged.
-I got the managing director on the phone.
He told me there should be two vans parked outside.
-So, now we know how the thieves got away.
[ Mobile vibrating ] -He also said all their vans are equipped with hidden CCTV cameras.
-Okay, so, we find the van, we find the robbers.
-Yeah.
-Callum, we need the registration of the missing van, if we're going to have any chance of tracking it down on ANPR.
-Yeah, on it.
-Marlene, can you do me a huge favour?
Find out when CSI are going to get here, so we can establish the scene.
-Yeah, yeah of course.
Uniform Uniform, we need an ETA on CSI.
♪ [ Tender tune plays ] -If them robbers had've been five minutes later, I could've been killed.

Callum saw me passing intel to Jake McGrade.

-I persuaded him it was part of an undercover operation.

The thieves took over a million pounds' worth of whisky, right?
The intel Jake wanted?
It was for a robbery he was planning in this area.

-So, he'd know how the alarms work.
-[ Scoffs ] You can't seriously be saying that Jake McGrade stole a million quid's worth of whisky.
-Not on his own, no.
He's working for Donnie Kesson.

-Jake's an amateur.
If he gets arrested, he'll drop me and you right in it, and we'll end up in jail.

They'll have swapped the whisky into their own vehicle here.
I mean, it's off the beaten track, which means no witnesses.
So, where's this hidden CCTV cam, then?
-The manager said it's in the back.

So much for the CCTV identifying the suspects.

I reckon this is a tiger kidnapping.

They use a keyholder to get into the place that they want to rob.
-In the tiger kidnapping, the suspects usually take at least one person hostage, someone the victim cares about.

-And mum and Lil are in Magaluf.

[ Door closes ] -You know that guy, David, who's staying with Nanny?
After you guys left, I overheard him make a call.
He, er, said something about things getting heavy.
-If he harms one hair on my ma's head!

But she and Barry don't even like each other.

They wanted me to get pally with him so I could find out what they were planning.
Callum here saw me with Jake and told the inspector I was up to no good.
-Oh, cub!
-So, did you get much out of that David lad?
-Yeah, he showed us texts from Jake.
The deal was he stuck to Concepta like glue and then sent photos of her to Jake every hour.
In return, he got 200 quid.
-So, the photos were to convince Barry that she was being held hostage.
-Well, at least Ma's unharmed.
But we still don't know where Barry is.
-Those guys have got the whisky.
Surely, they'll just let him go.
-What if he's seen their faces?
I mean, they've already put a security guard in hospital.
-Al, your Taylor went out with Jake.
She might well know where he'd bring the whisky.

-Cub, why don't you and I drive over to the McGrade farm.
Let's see if Tom knows what his son's been up to.
-There must be more we can do.
-Al has alerted Organised Crime in Belfast.
Concepta's got half the town out looking.
-I know, but I can't just sit here, Finn, so, I'm going to drive around and see if I can see Barry's taxi anywhere, okay?
