It's a magnificent city to shoot anything in.
- And we see just little enough of each other that when we do it's, you know, it's still thrilling.
- It's always thrilling, Alice.
- London plays, its, sort of its own character.
(train rattling) - We wanted to make sure that London would feel on the background all the time, every day places of London, not those kind of touristic spots.
- I think I need a friction-based relationship between myself and the earth surface.
- I need that with people.
- I'm aware.
- There is that rich visual beauty wherever you go, there's the bustle that's natural, that's there.
That siren, that airplane, (siren wails) that sound of a distant bell, you know?
- And so it's wonderful to see the city and it's also really interesting to see the city reflected in a way that is not expected.
