I'm talking to you today about the pandemic and coveted 19.
We walked these woods a lot recently a lot more than we normally would simply because we're trying to stay local for me local is staying within 20 minutes to 20 miles from home it's not always easy and to do the same trails over and over again um it's not my favorite thing to do but I am blessed to have these kind of trails around us this kind of beauty and landscape to enjoy where others are stuck in cities the reason I'm staying local.
[Music] Is because viruses spread through movement human movement our movement and it's not just the idea of going to a mall or going to restaurant it's the idea of touching a gas pump on the way to a trailhead it's the idea of atm machines door handles at stores signposts hand holds on the trails loving the mountains is one thing for me and respecting the mountains but I also respect this virus I respect my health which I've built to get back to where it is and I respect the other people who live in the white mountains enough to want to keep them safe in these small communities that don't have a lot of resources I hope you're all doing well and I look forward to filming with willem phil and steve again in the near future we have a special show for you coming up take care
