I'm realizing my mistake of the big ice cream scoop.

I'm not feeling too good about my cheese roll.
The cheese roll is oozing out a little bit.
A lot of the filling came out the oven, so im just going to take it off from there and let it firm up more.
But without it being like, soggy from the paste that fell out.
I'm hoping that it won't hurt me, I'm just very, very nervous this round.
I smell that chocolate key lime.
