After opening with breathing and centering, patty instructs lightening pose (Vajrasana). This pose sets the hips for an in-depth look at Warrior 1 (Virabhadrasana 1). Coming back to the floor she instructs a reclining twist (Jathara Parivritti). An inversion on blankets and Bridge pose (Setu Bhanda) follow with supported Savasana finishing the class.
